Quick answer: Pick Platinum if you are a solo seller with up to about $100K in yearly sales, one or two seller accounts and a small catalogue, and you can live without keyword tracking and ads automation. Pick Diamond if you run ads, track many products, work with a team or manage several seller accounts. Diamond costs $180 more per month on yearly billing, and it removes most of the caps that Platinum has.

How we wrote this comparison: Helium 10 is software, so there are no physical products to list. We compared its two paid plans, Platinum and Diamond, using the plan cards, the feature table and the FAQ on the Helium 10 pricing page, checked on 9 October 2026. We have not used these plans ourselves, so everything here is what the store lists, not our own results. Where the pricing page contradicts itself, we say so.

Price and value

Platinum is $129 per month if you pay monthly. If you pay yearly, the page shows $99 per month, which is $1,188 for the year. Diamond is $359 per month when billed monthly, or $279 per month when billed yearly, which is $3,348 for the year.

The gap between the plans is $230 per month on monthly billing. On yearly billing it is $180 per month, or $2,160 over the year. Yearly billing makes Platinum $360 cheaper over twelve months than paying monthly. For Diamond the yearly price is $960 lower than twelve monthly payments. Paying yearly is a bigger commitment, so keep the refund rules below in mind.

The question is whether the extra $2,160 a year pays for itself. If you need ads automation, keyword tracking, more users or more tracked products, Platinum cannot do those jobs at all or only up to a low cap. In that case Diamond is the only real choice. If you only need product research, listing work and basic profit and inventory tracking, Platinum covers those at a much lower cost.

Helium 10 sets the sales bands itself: Platinum is aimed at sellers making up to $100K a year, Diamond at $100K to $10M. Use these as a rough guide. The pricing FAQ says the right plan depends on your business model and stage, and it gives no firm rule.

Research and keyword tools

Both plans include product research, the Chrome Extension data, product launch tools, keyword sales data, business dashboards, a profit tracker, and a keyword processor for SEO-friendly listings. The difference is in limits.

  • Competitive keyword search: Platinum allows 100 searches a month. Diamond shows no limit. If you check many competitor products every week, 100 can run out.
  • Keyword rank tracking: Platinum does not include tracking keyword rankings over time. Diamond does. On both plans, a separate keyword tracker add-on is listed from $19 per month.
  • Insights and recommendations: Diamond only.
  • Listing Review Insights: 10 uses on Platinum, no limit shown on Diamond.
  • Market tracker: 3 markets on Platinum, 5 on Diamond, both counted over the lifetime of the account.

The product tracking cap matters most. Platinum lets you track 20 products (ASINs) over the lifetime of the account. Diamond allows 1,000. If you sell a few items and watch a few competitors, 20 may be enough. If you manage a larger range, you will hit the limit fast.

Advertising and automation

This is the biggest gap. Platinum has no AI advertising, no rules-based ads, no keyword or bid recommendations and no dayparting. Diamond includes all of these through Helium 10 Ads.

Diamond also charges a 2% management fee on ad spend that you manage through Helium 10 Ads. For example, on $5,000 of managed ad spend in a month, the fee would be $100, on top of the plan price. That is simple arithmetic from the listed rate, not a figure from Helium 10.

Diamond also adds AI-enhanced listing building, which Platinum does not have, and the Helium AI agent shown on the Diamond card. Platinum includes the SEO listing tools and the listing analyzer, with 50 uses a month, against 150 on Diamond.

One conflict on the pricing page: the Diamond card says the Helium 10 MCP (a link to AI tools such as Claude) is included free for up to 1,000 calls, and that monthly workshops and Q&A sessions are included. The feature table lists MCP and monthly expert training as Diamond add-ons from $50 and $99 per month. We could not tell which is current, so check the page before you buy if these matter to you.

Both plans include automated review requests and the Managed Refund Service, which looks for FBA reimbursements. The service fee is 15% on Platinum and 10% on Diamond. If you have many FBA claims, the lower fee on Diamond helps, but it will rarely cover the plan gap alone.

For teams, the feature table says Platinum has 1 user and Diamond has 5. The FAQ words it differently: you can add 1 additional user on Platinum and up to 5 additional users on Diamond, and more users can be bought as an add-on. Confirm the user count at checkout. For seller accounts, Platinum connects 2 Amazon Seller Central accounts and Diamond connects 10.

Training and add-ons

The Freedom Ticket (an Amazon FBA course) and Ads Academy come with both plans while the subscription is active. Without a subscription, the page lists the Freedom Ticket at $997 for standalone access. Diamond adds the Exit Ticket, a course on building a business to sell.

Some extras are listed for Diamond only: Market Tracker 360 from $650 per month, an Elite sellers group from $99 per month, and in-person workshops and a private Facebook group from $99 per month each. These are "from" prices, so the final price may differ.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Helium 10 is online software, so nothing is shipped. You sign up, pick a plan and connect your seller accounts. There is no warranty in the physical sense. Both plans follow the same terms: Helium 10 says you get a full refund if you end the service within the first 7 days of your first purchase. The plans renew automatically, and you can upgrade at any time in the Plans and Billing section.

The pricing page shows no free trial of the paid plans. There is a free plan with limited tools, which is a cheaper way to look around before you pay.

Who should buy Platinum

  • You are a new or small seller with up to about $100K in yearly sales.
  • You work alone and have one or two Seller Central accounts.
  • You track around 20 products or fewer, and 100 competitive keyword searches a month is enough.
  • You run ads by hand or with another tool and do not need rank tracking built in.
  • You want the Freedom Ticket and Ads Academy at the lowest plan price.

Be aware that the 20-product limit is for the lifetime of the account, so plan which products you track.

Who should buy Diamond

  • You spend on Amazon ads and want rules-based bidding, recommendations and dayparting in one place. Remember the 2% fee on managed spend.
  • You need keyword rank tracking over time without a paid add-on for it.
  • You track hundreds of products, or have up to 500 SKUs to manage.
  • You have a team of up to 5 users or up to 10 seller accounts.
  • You use FBA reimbursement claims often, so the 10% fee instead of 15% matters.
  • Your sales are above about $100K a year, which is where Helium 10 places this plan.

Our verdict

Solo seller, small catalogue, tight budget: choose Platinum. It covers research, listing tools, a profit tracker and inventory for 40 SKUs at $99 per month on yearly billing or $129 monthly.

Seller who runs ads: choose Diamond. Platinum has no ads automation, so this is the clearest dividing line between the plans.

Seller with a team or many accounts: choose Diamond. One user and two accounts will not stretch far.

Seller with a large range of products: choose Diamond. 20 tracked products is a hard lifetime limit.

Not sure yet: start on the free plan or on monthly Platinum, and upgrade later in the account. Moving up is easier than getting a refund after the first 7 days. Check the pricing page again before paying, as plan features and prices can change, and the page currently contradicts itself on MCP and workshops for Diamond.
