Short verdict: This Feel supplements review looks at a UK vegan supplement brand with a wide range, clear delivery rules and a strong Trustpilot score. The main catches are high one-time prices, a subscription model that pushes you to sign up, and a strict 14-day, unopened-only returns rule. We rate it 4.1 out of 5.

How we wrote this review: we read the Feel UK store, its shipping, refund and subscription pages, and our own notes checked on 21 October 2026. We have not ordered from Feel ourselves, so we do not judge taste, texture or results. Every health benefit below is Feel's own claim, not ours.

What is Feel?

Feel is a UK supplement brand. The store says it is run by We Are Feel (Feel Holdings Limited), based in Poole, Dorset. Its story page says it was founded in London in 2019. It sells direct from its own website, and the brand says this avoids retail markups.

Feel says it launched the world's first vegan collagen. It also sells multivitamins, menopause products, hair and skin products, digestion products and accessories. The brand says its formulas have no fillers and are free from unnatural manufacturing additives. These are the brand's claims.

Feel products and prices

The table shows one-time prices on the UK store in GBP. The Subscribe & Save column is the percentage the product page lists for a subscription. We checked these on 21 October 2026.

Pro MetabolicGBP 42.7930% lower30 sachets, berry flavour
Omega 3 (algae)GBP 35.0431.65% lower60 capsules, 2 a day

The store also sells one-time boxes for 30 days with no subscription. When we checked, the Multivitamin and Menopause boxes were GBP 28.95, against a list price of GBP 35.04. A bundle tool lists lower prices when you build a bundle, and the home page says bundles can be up to 25% lower.

Is Feel vegan collagen worth it?

That depends on what you want and how much you will pay. Feel says Pro Collagen is vegan and has an amino acid profile identical to human Type I collagen. It adds gotu kola, ginseng and vitamin C. The brand also quotes a study with skin results and says it absorbs better than marine or animal collagen. We cannot check those claims, and we do not say the product works.

The price is the main question. At GBP 42.79 for 30 servings, Pro Collagen costs GBP 1.43 a serving as a one-time buy. The Gels cost GBP 77.94 for 30 sachets. The subscription price brings the cost down, but only if you keep the subscription.

Allergies need a careful look. Feel says its Multivitamin, Hair Support and Collagen Gels are free from the 14 major allergens. Pro Menopause contains soy. The Pro Collagen powder page carries a notice about allergens in the facility. Read each product page before you buy.

Menopause, hair and metabolic products

Feel puts a lot of weight on its menopause range. The Menopause capsules list red clover isoflavones, broccoli extract, B vitamins, maca and ginseng. Pro Menopause is the sachet version with soy isoflavones, red clover and flax lignans. Feel calls its approach non-hormonal. It also calls Menopause the UK's most reviewed menopause supplement. These are the brand's claims.

Hair Support uses an ingredient called Keranat. The page claims results in studies after 12 weeks. Pro Metabolic is described by Feel as designed to stimulate the body's own GLP-1 secretion. That is a strong claim about health. Check with a doctor or pharmacist if you take medication or have a health condition. Feel's pages also advise this for pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Feel subscription: how it works and how to cancel

Every product page offers Subscribe & Save. You pick a delivery gap, from 1 to 10 weeks, every 14 weeks or every 3 months. Feel then charges you and ships at that gap. The page says it auto-renews. Subscribers also get reward points and free products added to later orders. The rewards page says you need an active subscription for this.

To cancel, use the customer portal. Log in with the email you used to buy, then cancel the subscription. You can also skip a delivery or change the gap there. Feel says that once it processes a cancellation before the next billing date, no further order is sent. For UK and EU customers, the first subscription order has a 14-day cooling-off period. After that, cancellations can only be made through the portal.

The store does not state a notice period beyond the billing date. Cancel at least a few days before your next order, to be safe. This is our advice, not a store rule.

Feel shipping to the UK and abroad

  • UK orders over GBP 20 ship free. Orders under GBP 20 cost GBP 3.95.
  • The Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Wales, Northern Ireland and some remote areas cost GBP 6.95.
  • Feel ships Monday to Friday and says delivery takes 2 to 4 business days. The islands, the Highlands and Northern Ireland may take longer.
  • You get an email and text on dispatch, then a second email with tracking.
  • Feel ships worldwide with FedEx. A rates table on the shipping page gives an approximation. Feel says it covers duties and tax up to the value of 150 EU, and you pay the rest above that.

Check the contents when your parcel arrives. Feel asks you to report problems within 7 business days.

Feel returns and refunds

This is the weakest part. The store's refund page, when we checked on 21 October 2026, gives you 14 days from delivery to open a return request. You pay the return shipping. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Feel only accepts unused items with the pouch, tub or sachet still sealed. The outer shipping box can be open. There are no exchanges or product swaps, and the shipping fee is not refunded. Refunds come up to 10 business days after the return arrives. The store also says UK consumer rights for faulty or damaged goods still apply. Feel does not accept supplement returns for orders delivered to the United States.

In short, you cannot try a tub and send it back. Think about this before you buy a large or expensive item.

Feel reviews on Trustpilot

Feel has a Trustpilot score of 4.5 out of 5 from 3,164 reviews (figure from our notes of 21 October 2026). That is a high score for a supplement brand. The Trustpilot page was not open to us today, so we could not read the reviews ourselves. We therefore cannot list common praise or complaints. Read the latest reviews before you order, and look for comments on subscriptions and delivery.

Feel also shows nutritionist quotes and reviews on its own site. These are chosen by the brand, so treat them as the brand's own testimonials.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • High Trustpilot score: 4.5 from 3,164 reviews.
  • Vegan range, with allergen details on product pages.
  • Free UK shipping over GBP 20 and a stated 2 to 4 business day delivery.
  • Subscription can be changed, skipped or cancelled in the customer portal.
  • Ships worldwide, with duties covered up to a set value.

Cons

  • One-time prices are high, and the lower prices lean on subscriptions and bundles.
  • Returns are 14 days, unopened items only, with no exchanges.
  • You pay return shipping, and the delivery fee is not refunded.
  • Many health claims come from the brand and cannot be checked by shoppers.
  • The store gives no refund route for opened products, apart from faulty goods.

Who should buy Feel?

A good choice for: UK shoppers who want vegan supplements, are happy to manage a subscription, and have already decided which product they want.

Not a good choice for: people who want to try a product and return it if they dislike it, shoppers on a tight budget, and anyone who wants proof of results rather than brand claims.

Tips before you order

  • Compare the one-time price with the subscription price, and decide if you will really use it every month.
  • Set a reminder to review or cancel before your next billing date.
  • Read the allergen notes. Pro Menopause has soy.
  • Ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you take medication, are pregnant or have a health condition.
  • Try a one-time box first if you are unsure about a product.
  • Keep the pouch sealed until you are sure, because only unopened items can be returned.
