Feel Menopause vs Pro Menopause: Capsules or Sachets, Which Should You Buy?
Feel Menopause (capsules, red clover) against Feel Pro Menopause (mango sachets, soy, red clover and flax). Price per day, ingredients, soy, subscription terms and returns, checked on 21 October 2026.

Quick answer: Feel Menopause is the capsule: two a day, red clover as the isoflavone source, and a lower entry price through the one-time box. Feel Pro Menopause is a mango-flavour drink sachet: one a day, soy plus red clover plus flax, and it contains soy. Pick the capsules if you want to avoid soy or prefer to swallow something. Pick the sachets if you like a daily drink and want the higher stated isoflavone dose.
How we wrote this comparison: we used the product pages and policy pages of the Feel UK store, checked on 21 October 2026. We have not used these products ourselves, so we do not say how they taste or how they work for anyone. Every benefit below is the brand's claim, not ours. This is not medical advice.
What is the difference between Feel Menopause and Pro Menopause?
Both come from the same UK vegan supplement brand, Feel, and both are sold for the menopause years. The main differences are the format and the ingredients.
Feel Menopause was launched in 2022. It is a capsule with red clover isoflavones, broccoli extract, B vitamins, maca and ginseng. Feel calls it a non-hormonal approach and says it was developed with a UK menopause specialist.
Feel Pro Menopause was launched in January 2025. Feel describes it as its menopause formula in a "Pro" version. It is a powder sachet you mix into water. The store lists soy isoflavones, red clover and flax lignans.

Price per day
Both packs cover 30 days at the standard dose. On the one-time prices checked on 21 October 2026, Menopause is GBP 39.63 for 60 capsules, about GBP 1.32 a day. Pro Menopause is GBP 35.04 for 30 sachets, about GBP 1.17 a day. So Pro Menopause is cheaper per day when you buy once at the normal price.
The one-time box changes that. The store lists a Menopause one-time box at GBP 28.95 for 30 days, about GBP 0.97 a day, with no subscription. We did not find a matching box for Pro Menopause.
Subscribe & Save is a separate, repeating order. Menopause is listed 32% lower than its one-time price. Pro Menopause is 23.08% lower. By our own arithmetic, both land at about GBP 26.95 a pack, or about GBP 0.90 a day. Treat that figure as our calculation, and check the cart before you pay. A subscription renews automatically.
Ingredients and isoflavones
Isoflavones are plant compounds that the brand uses as the base of both products. Feel's Menopause capsule uses red clover as its isoflavone source. The Pro sachet mixes three sources: soy isoflavones, red clover and flax lignans. Feel says it covers "7 types of phytoestrogens" and gives 80 mg of isoflavones per serving. It also cites 35 clinical studies with 3,000 participants. These are brand claims.
The capsule adds broccoli extract, B vitamins, maca and ginseng. The sachet also lists broccoli, sage, Siberian ginseng, maca, dandelion root, bamboo silica, B12, B5 and stevia as a sweetener.
The page states that Pro Menopause contains non-GMO soy. If you avoid soy, this matters. Check the full ingredient list on the product page before buying either one.
Capsules or a daily drink?
The capsule route is two a day with food. Feel says you can open the capsules and sprinkle the contents on food, but not into hot liquids. This helps if you do not like swallowing capsules.
The sachet route is one a day. You mix 3.5 g of powder into 200-300 ml of water. It is mango flavour. It suits you if you like a morning drink and do not want to count capsules. You need water and a glass, so it may be less handy for travel than a capsule. The sachet also contains stevia, which some people do not like.
Who the brand says each product is for
Feel says Menopause can be taken "throughout your perimenopause to postmenopause period". It calls the product the UK's most reviewed menopause supplement. That is the brand's claim and we have not checked it.
Pro Menopause is presented as the upgraded version of the same formula. Our research did not find a statement that one is better for a particular symptom. If you need to choose by symptom, ask a pharmacist or doctor.
Delivery, returns and warranty
We found no difference between the two products here. Both follow the same store policies.
- UK delivery: free on orders over GBP 20, and GBP 3.95 under GBP 20. GBP 6.95 applies to the Channel Islands, the Scottish Highlands, Wales, Northern Ireland and some other areas. Feel gives 2 to 4 business days as the expected delivery time.
- Returns: you have 14 days from delivery to open a return. The item must be unused, with the pouch or sachet pack unopened. There are no exchanges, you pay return shipping, and the shipping fee is not refunded.
- Subscriptions: you can skip, change or cancel in the customer portal. For the first subscription order in the UK and EU there is a 14-day cooling-off period.
- Warranty: the store does not list a separate warranty for these products. UK consumer rights for faulty items still apply.
Menopause products are not for everyone. The product pages tell people who take medication to ask a doctor first. A food supplement does not replace HRT or medical advice.
Who should buy Feel Menopause
- You want to avoid soy, or you prefer a formula where soy is not named.
- You prefer capsules, or you want to sprinkle the contents on food.
- You want the lowest per-day price and are happy with the one-time box at GBP 28.95.
- You want a subscription with the larger percentage reduction (32%).
Who should buy Feel Pro Menopause
- You like a daily drink and want one sachet a day.
- You want a stated isoflavone dose (80 mg per serving) and more than one source.
- You have no soy allergy or soy concern.
- You want a lower one-time price per day than the capsule at the normal price.
Our verdict
For buyers who avoid soy, or who want the lowest price per day, Feel Menopause is the better fit. The one-time box at GBP 28.95 is its strongest point. For buyers who prefer a flavoured daily drink and want a listed isoflavone dose, Feel Pro Menopause is the better fit, as long as soy is fine for them. On a subscription, the pack price is about the same, so choose by format and ingredients, not cost.
Price and format are the facts we can compare. We cannot say which one works better, because we have not used them and the claims come from the brand. Prices were checked on 21 October 2026 and can change. Confirm the current price and the ingredient list on the product page before you order.
