Short verdict: Ekster sells slim metal wallets, trackers and vacuum travel bags at mid-range prices, with a 100-day return window and a lifetime warranty on the home page. The shipping and refund pages say little, so you must check the details at checkout. We rate it 4 out of 5.
How we wrote this review: we read the live Ekster store on 6 October 2026, including its product feed, home page and policy pages. We have not ordered from Ekster ourselves, so we do not describe how the products feel in daily use. Where we quote customer opinions, they come from reviews shown on the store itself.
What is Ekster?
Ekster is an online store for smart wallets, cardholders, trackers and travel gear. The brand is best known for slim metal cardholders that push cards out with one press. It also sells a tracker that slides into a wallet, a vacuum compression bag for suitcases, key cases, cash clips and a backpack.
The store runs on Shopify and shows prices in US dollars by default. The product feed lists 62 products. The home page calls the wallet "the world's slimmest metal smart wallet" and the tracker "the world's slimmest tracker for Apple and Android". Those are the brand's own claims. We could not check them.
The site has two main product groups. The first is wallets and trackers, which suits people who want to carry fewer things and avoid losing them. The second is TravelPack, a line of vacuum bags that the store says lets you pack for 15 days or more in a carry-on.
Products and prices
The table shows the one-time prices in the product feed. Many products have a range because of different colours, sizes or bundle options. The list price is the "compare at" price the store shows next to the current price.
| Product | Price (USD) | List price (USD) | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ekster Wallet | 88 to 139 | 110 | Smart wallet with a push-button card ejector |
| Ekster Wallet Pro | 129 | not shown | Upgraded wallet |
| Ekster Cardholder Pro | 76 to 135 | 119 | Slim metal cardholder |
| Parliament Wallet | 64 to 109 | 175 | Leather and aluminum wallet |
| Tracker Card | 39 to 117 | 195 | Thin tracker for Apple and Android, sold in single or multi packs |
| Tracker Tag | 39 to 117 | 195 | Small tracker, single or multi packs |
| Cardholder Pro for MagSafe | 129 | not shown | Cardholder that attaches to a MagSafe phone |
| Key Case | 69 to 79 | not shown | Quiet storage for 2 to 8 keys |
| TravelPack Vacuum Bag Pro | 89 to 179 | 356 | Vacuum compression bag |
| TravelPack Vacuum Kit Pro | 99 to 169 | 390 | Bag plus pump |
| GRID Backpack (VIP offer) | 127 | 255 | Weatherproof backpack |
| Cash Clip, Coin Tray, Coin Pouch | 29 to 39 | not shown | Small add-ons |
These prices are in US dollars and were checked on 6 October 2026. They are one-time prices. The home page also shows an early holiday sale of up to 40% off. A sale price is a different price from the one-time price in the table, and it can change.
The list prices on bundles and travel bags are often much higher than the current price. For example, the Vacuum Kit Pro lists at 390 dollars. Treat list prices with care. Compare the price you pay with similar wallets from other brands, not with the list price alone.
Wallets and trackers: what to look for
Ekster wallets are made to be slim. The store describes the Cardholder as all-metal, with a button that pushes your cards up so you can reach them fast. One customer review on the home page says the ejection mechanism works well "time after time". Another says the red colour on a wallet and key holder held up well after months of use. These are single opinions, so read more reviews on each product page.
Think about how many cards you carry. Slim wallets hold fewer cards than a classic bifold. If you carry a lot of cash, look at the cash clip and coin add-ons. They cost extra.
The trackers work with both iPhone and Android, according to the store. It says the Tracker Card is 0.07 inches thin, charges wirelessly and lasts up to 10 months. It also says you can ring it, see it on a map and get alerts if you leave it behind. We have not checked these claims. Check the battery and app details on the product page before you buy. A tracker only helps if your phone and its network support it.
If you use a MagSafe iPhone, the MagSafe cardholder and tracker card are separate products. Check that the version you pick fits your phone, and that the Android version is the one you need if you do not use Apple.
TravelPack vacuum bags
TravelPack bags squeeze air out of clothes so they take less space. The store says you can fit 15 or more outfits in a carry-on and skip check-in fees. It also says the Pro line was designed with Steven Bartlett. That is the store's claim, and your result depends on what you pack.
Many kits include a pump, and the pump is also sold on its own for 69 dollars. Think about whether you want a hand pump or a powered one, and check what is in the box before you pay. Bundles can cost less than buying each item alone, but only if you need every item in them.
Extras such as the Wrinkle Releaser Spray, Scented Sachets and a Laundry Bag are sold alongside. They are optional.
Shipping
The shipping policy says orders are picked, packed and sent from the store's warehouses within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time depends on the service you choose and where you live. All estimates are in business days. After the parcel leaves the warehouse, you get an email with tracking. The store says tracking only starts once the carrier has the parcel.
The product pages say shipping is calculated at checkout. The policy page we read does not give a price, a free shipping limit, a list of countries or exact delivery days, so we cannot state them. Look at the full cost at checkout before you pay. The site shows prices in dollars by default, so buyers outside the US should check duties, taxes and currency at checkout. The store does not explain these on the pages we read.
Returns and refunds
The top of the home page says "100-day returns" and "lifetime warranty". The refund policy page opens with a short friendly note that returns are simple, but the text we could read did not list the steps, who pays return shipping, or what condition items must be in. We cannot confirm those terms.
The same goes for the lifetime warranty. The store does not explain on the pages we read what it covers. Ask support before you buy if this matters, for example if you want cover for a worn leather edge or a dead tracker battery.
A 100-day window is long for this kind of product. It gives you time to see whether a slim wallet works for your daily cards. Keep the packaging and your order email in case you need to send something back.
What customers say
We could not read a Trustpilot score for Ekster today, because the page was not available to us on 6 October 2026. Our database also has no rating for the store. We will not make up a score.
The reviews shown on the store are positive. They praise the look and feel, the card ejector and the build quality. These reviews sit on the store's own site, so they show the brand's best feedback. Search for independent reviews of the exact product before you buy, especially for the trackers and the vacuum pumps, which have more parts that can fail.

Who should buy Ekster?
A good choice for:
- People who want a slim wallet and carry only a few cards.
- Travellers who want to pack more in a carry-on.
- Anyone who loses keys or wallets and wants a thin tracker.
- Buyers who like a long return window to try a product at home.
Not a good choice for:
- People who carry many cards, large bills or lots of coins.
- Shoppers who need exact shipping prices and times before they add to the cart.
- Buyers who want a lowest-price wallet. Simple wallets from other brands cost less.
Tips before you order
- Pick the exact version. Colours, sizes, MagSafe and Android versions have different prices.
- Compare the current price with the one-time price, not the list price.
- Start checkout to see shipping cost, taxes and delivery time before you decide.
- Read the full refund policy page and ask support about the warranty in writing.
- Count your daily cards first, so you know how much space you need.
- Keep your order email and the packaging during the 100-day window.
Our rating
| Area | Score |
|---|---|
| Products and range | 4.3 / 5 |
| Prices and value | 3.8 / 5 |
| Shipping information | 3.4 / 5 |
| Returns and warranty | 4.2 / 5 |
| Overall | 4.0 / 5 |
Ekster is a solid pick if you want a slim wallet, a thin tracker or a vacuum travel bag, and the 100-day returns and lifetime warranty lower the risk. Read the policy details and the full cost at checkout first, because the store leaves some key terms out.
