About Aiper
Aiper says it was founded in 2017 and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. Its main line is the Scuba series of cordless robotic cleaners for in-ground pools. As of September 2026, the US store lists six Scuba models from $499.99 (Scuba S1) to $1,999.99 (Scuba V3 Ultra).
The range also includes the EcoSurfer S2 solar skimmer, the PilotFlow X1 handheld vacuum and the IrriSense 2 smart sprinkler system. Aiper describes itself as the number one smart robotic pool cleaner brand by unit sales, citing Euromonitor International for 2025. That is the brand's own claim.
Delivery and where it ships
- Shipping is free on orders over $79, which covers every robot.
- The policy gives 3 to 7 business days for US delivery.
- It ships to the continental United States only.
- Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO boxes are excluded, and the policy page also lists Rhode Island.
Other countries have their own Aiper stores with their own currency and rules.
Returns and warranty
Aiper offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery for undamaged items with all accessories and the original packaging. Product pages say free returns, but the refund policy says the buyer pays return shipping when they simply change their mind. Defective items get a prepaid label and a replacement.
Warranty runs from delivery. It is 3 years for the Scuba X1 Pro Max and Scuba V3 Ultra, 2 years for other Scuba robots, the EcoSurfer S2 and the IrriSense 2, and 1 year for the PilotFlow X1. Aiper Care plans add one more year and cost $79, $129 or $199.
What customers say
As of 30 September 2026, Aiper's claimed Trustpilot profile showed 4.1 out of 5 from 4,516 reviews. Scores on Aiper's own product pages are higher, but they come from the seller's site.
